Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the coaching services provided by Kate Drummond ("the Coach") to clients ("you") through pansmithtech.digital and directly. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Kate Drummond provides private interview coaching, career narrative development, and communication skills coaching. Coaching is delivered via in-person sessions at 12 Collins Street, Melbourne, Melbourne VIC 3000, or via video conference (Zoom).

Coaching is educational in nature. Sessions do not guarantee employment outcomes. The effectiveness of coaching depends significantly on a client's own effort, preparation, and engagement between sessions.

2. Bookings

Sessions are booked by mutual agreement via email, phone, or the website contact form. A booking is confirmed once a session time has been agreed in writing and any applicable deposit has been received.

Session packages are for the individual client only and are not transferable.

3. Pricing and payment

Session fees are confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is required before or at the time of the session unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: Full credit applied to a rescheduled session. No charge.

Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% of the session fee may be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: The full session fee applies.

If the Coach needs to cancel a session, a full reschedule or refund is provided with no penalty.

5. Refunds

Refunds for unused sessions in a package are available upon written request, minus any non-refundable session fees for sessions already completed. Requests for refunds are processed within 10 business days.

6. Results disclaimer

Coaching is designed to improve interview performance, but employment outcomes depend on many factors outside the Coach's control — including the hiring organisation's decisions, market conditions, and the client's own performance on the day. No guarantee of a job offer is made or implied.

7. Intellectual property

All materials, frameworks, written guides, and recorded sessions produced by Kate Drummond remain the intellectual property of Kate Drummond. Clients may use these materials for their personal job search only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. Career history, personal circumstances, and session content will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Kate Drummond's total liability for any claim arising from coaching services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant sessions. The Coach is not liable for indirect losses including loss of income, loss of employment opportunity, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at pansmithtech.digital/terms-and-conditions.html. Continued use of coaching services after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
